Aquamarine Hotel

Not for the English. As an English family we was looked at in a very funny way. There was no other English family here and the dinner wasn't to our taste as we are used to English food. They love the season dill here! They put it on everything. The drinks were very strong and there was only a small selection of cocktails you could have. The life guard was miserable. My children cut their feet in the pool so I got them pool shoes and he tried to tell me they wasn't allowed to wear them after getting a translator and the life guard understanding the situation it then wasn't a problem. I would visit Bulgaria again but just not stay at this hotel. The entertainment was only on for 30mins most nights not every night. And they did water gymnastics every morning but that was it.

We stayed in for 7 night's. On arrival niece welcome (arrived around 22:30) lunch bag provided for all of us. Sandwich/fruit and water which was a really nice 🙂. Fallowing the 7 night overall experience with the staff/animation was a 5 ⭐. Room size were a nice big and the bathroom with a bath tub which was bonus (bit dated) Pool's big and small were cleaned every day. No rush in the morning for get your chair plenty of seating and umbrella's. Reception team helpful and friendly with all types of questions. Big positive experience a special 85% of the staff were a youngster and quick response for any kind requests. Well done for making us a pleasure stay. All the best team.

We stayed here for 7 days. The hotel does not deserve 4 stars at all. I will start with the food which was awful, none of the meals had taste. The leftovers from lunch were reused at dinner, the fruits were sour and tasteless, the desserts had absolutely no flavour. The drinks (with or without alcohol) were the lowest quality you could ever find, some of us had a heartburn almost everyday. The fact that we had to pay 10 leva/day for parking is out of this world. I’ve traveled enough to know that if i am a guest at a hotel, I don’t have to pay for parking. The fridge in the room was not working. You should consider renovating the location and also some of the furniture inside + the fridge. Just change them. The only positive thing about this hotel is that the air conditioning was working & the pool is very clean and it’s a nice area. The walking distance to the beach is around 12-15 minutes and it’s more than 300m. Never coming back here but i do hope this review helps someone in case they consider to come to Aquamarine.

Our family had a perfect summer vacation here (08.07.2022-15.07.2022). Everything was good for recovery and recreation - the hotel is close to the beach, has a good food and service and very child friendly. We are very grateful to Niki and Lucho, the animators. They are very nice, cute, creative and entertaining. Our daughter enjoyed both the daily animation and the mini-disco as well.

Hotel is next to the main road of Sunny Beach, but in a very peaceful place behind the trees. Staff is very flexible and helpful during our stay including check in, check out. Special thanks for arranging a birthday cake for our little boy. Rooms are ok, we mainly spent time there for sleeping or mid day rest. Food is also fine. Despite not all dishes were seasoned for our favours we could find something to eat and drink during the day. The pool bar itself is brilliant with continuous snack/pizza service between breakfast and dinner time. In general Aquamarine Hotel is a very good value choice for families with small kids.
